Monday, October 12th The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. EST, with worship led by the State Music Committee, followed by a message from Larry Stockstill. Following the service, all ministers are invited to a Ministers Reception in the Westmore Commons Area. This will be a special time of fellowship and an opportunity to meet Tennessee’s new State Youth and Discipleship Director, Bishop Caleb Crooms, his wife, Hanah Jo, and their family. Tuesday, October 13th.
Tuesday, October 13th registration begins at 7:30 a.m. EST, with the business session beginning at 9:00 a.m. Each minister must complete his or her own individual registration before the business session begins. Once a vote has been validated, late registrants cannot be added to that vote. Arriving early and completing registration in advance will help ensure an efficient voting process and the integrity and accuracy of each vote.
